Challenged to create a sales office for ONE Ala Moana, a 200-unit ultra-luxury condominium, with just 1,400 square feet of space, we designed an efficient space to communicate the developer’s luxury brand.
Every inch of the existing floor plan was thoughtfully examined. Consideration was given to the flow of the space, in particular, how the sales team would utilize it, while creating an unconventional gallery. Breaking all the rules of previous sales centers, every area was re-thought. The new environment highlights the project’s elegance and creates casual spaces for engagement. Gone are the conventional sales desks. A coffee bar and lounge space have taken their place, giving the potential owner an opportunity to experience the feel of the new project in a subconscious, subtle way.
