Principal Interior Designer
Staub does not believe a designer's only task is to deliver "pretty rooms." He thinks a room needs to surprise and reveal something about the inhabitants. It's a complex thing to do because it requires collaboration.
When Staub approaches a new project he tries to take in everything, the environment and the architecture. "I try to find what's missing—where there is a void." If there is no synergy between the parts, he looks at what the expectations are that aren't being met. He tries to find what needs to be brought in to enhance and complement every project.
